Sher Ireland

Sher is a 32 year veteran of the field of counseling and holds a license with the state of Oregon as an L.P.C. (Licensed Professional Counselor) as well as two masters degrees, one in counseling and the other in management. She is also a certified chemical dependency counselor. Sher’s range of employment history includes Non-profit Management, Volunteer Management, Vocational Evaluation and Counseling, Vocational Rehabilitation, Career Management, Professional Ministry, Public Relations, Student Services Administration, Marketing Coordination, College Instruction, and extensive public speaking experience.

Sher has lived in Oregon since 1981 and is married to Paul Ireland, a Portland area Landscape Contractor. They have been happily married for 10 years. Sher tries very hard to practice what she teaches, and she and Paul attend seminars working consciously to enrich their own marriage. Sher is a person of faith, an entrepreneur, and the principal administrator and instructor for A Beautiful Marriage.

Sher is deeply committed to bringing marriage/relationship education to the Oregon scene, and has attended the Smart Marriages conferences on three separate occasions, being trained by such experts as Scott Stanley, Lori Gordon, Michelle Weiner-Davis, Pat Love, Harville Hendrix, Les Parrott, and John Gottman. Marleen Lundy

Marleen's passion and desire for helping others gave her the inspiration to bring her gifts as a trainer and curriculum developer to couples seeking a closer relationship through intelligent love.

Marleen brings more than 15 years of experience in increasing communication and designing simulations and classroom material. As a Certified Behavioral Analyst, she has taught engaging workshops to over hundreds of students on the theories and concepts to bring understanding to themselves and adapting to others.

Marleen's experience also includes designing and delivering global management and professional development training programs, managing project teams, and event coordination. During 8 years at Intel she was part of the Management Leadership Development (MLD) group, where she managed the operations of Intel’s first-line and mid-management training programs.

Marleen is also the owner of reSet Solutions LLC, a company focused on delivering the DISC behavior profile assessment, and is a senior partner of Magna Leadership Solutions LLC, a management and leadership development consulting company. She is also an active member of the Women Entrepreneurs of Oregon association.

Wes Cropper

Wes is a media producer, supervizing creation and production of promotional, educational, and training materials for A Beautiful Marriage. He is also currently working on His MFA in New Media at Academy of Art University. When he isn't heavily immersed in a web production or video shoot, he enjoys walks with his wife Elaine, or Family Movie Night with daughters Emily and Erica. Wes also loves most animals, and guitars.
